The Advanced course significantly expands on aspects of beer styles, tasting, assessment and beer & food matching.
Course objectives: To develop delegate's:
- Enhanced understanding of beer: o Ingredients and brewing techniques o Style and flavour diversity, particularly amongst 'foreign' styles o Matching with food and constructing menu's
Which enables you to:
- Appreciate beer with greater breadth and depth than previously.
- Distinguish between key styles, describe flavours, begin to construct beer menu's, pair beers with foods
Please note you must have passed the Foundation course to attend the Advanced course. You cannot gain exemption from the Foundation.
