We welcome Mark Dredge, Beer and Food Writer of the Year 2015, as he talks us through a beer paired dinner with a selection of beers from local Sheffield breweries. Mark Dredge is a regular host on Channel 4's Sunday Brunch and he'll be bringing his knowledge and prowess of beer and food to our brewery! Prepared by our resident wizard in the kitchen Brendan, each of the four courses will showcase one of our regular local food suppliers giving us a chance to really show off what they do best.
