Declan Nixon, Head Brewer, YellowBelly Beer.

He brings a depth of knowledge about every aspect of the brewing process, along with an increasing knowledge on barrel ageing and mixed fermentations. Hear him chatting about helping to create one of Ireland’s much loved beer brands and building a brewery from the ground up, from a 200l to a 6000l system.

Paul Reck, Designer, YellowBelly Beer.
From the initial logo, to award-winning label artwork, to a tie-in video game, YellowBelly Beer’s designer Paul Reck has also been with the brewery from the beginning and knows how to build a brand.
